Yoga at Local Hub starts January 10th
We discovered a few year’s ago that yoga is a great compliment to riding bikes. Not only does it strengthen your core and build stability to make you stronger on the bike, but it’s a great stress reliever. Join us on Sunday, January 10th at 11 am for the first in a series of weekly yoga classes in our new workout studio. Anne Marie Fayen, a certified yoga instructor and bike commuter will be leading an hour long all levels class designed specifically for athletes on Sundays at 11 am and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, and Vanessa Strunk, a certified yoga instructor who specializes in trying to make you sweat, will be teaching at 9:15 am every Tuesday. No experience required for the all levels class. First classes is free. Regular classes are $10 or purchase an unlimited monthly pass for $40.
